The Rhodos 3-part powder nutrient system

Rhodos Base is the base powder fertiliser and is used in every stage. In the vegetative stage you combine it with Rhodos Grow; in the flowering stage you switch to Rhodos Bloom. Clones and seedlings get a lighter mix of Base and Bloom.

Rhodos by Gen200 grow schedule – how to use the nutrient calculator for a full grow cycle

How to mix powder nutrients

  1. Start with clean water. Osmosis water is preferred. If you use tap water, make sure the starting EC is below 0.4 mS/cm.
  2. Add Gen200 Control (15 ml per 100 L) and mix well.
  3. Dissolve Rhodos Base according to the schedule. Make sure it is 100% dissolved before the next step. Warm water (20–25 °C) dissolves the powder faster.
  4. Dissolve Rhodos Grow or Rhodos Bloom according to the schedule. Whether you use a mixer or a pump, always make sure the powders are fully dissolved before watering.
  5. Check and adjust the pH to the range for your medium and stage.
  6. Feed with every watering straight from your reservoir, for a constant supply of nutrients.

Always wear protective gloves and eyewear when handling and mixing fertilisers. More tips on our how to use page.

For every growing system

Rhodos powder nutrients are formulated for use in all types of growing systems:

Only the pH target differs per medium (see the feeding schedule). Working with a feeding computer or fertigation system? Rhodos can also be prepared as stock solutions – contact us for the Rhodos stock solution schedule.

Why choose powder nutrients?

  • Rhodos is a concentrated powder fertiliser: you dissolve it yourself, so you don’t buy, ship or store water.
  • Stored closed, dry and between 8 and 27 °C, Rhodos has a five-year shelf life from the production date.
  • One schedule for the whole cycle: Base in every phase, Grow or Bloom depending on the stage, with an EC of 3.0 through vegetative growth and flowering.

Frequently asked questions about Rhodos powder nutrients

What are Rhodos powder nutrients?

Rhodos is a line of three concentrated, water-soluble powder fertilisers by Gen200: Rhodos Base (15-0-0), Rhodos Grow (3-10-25) and Rhodos Bloom (1-14-27). You dissolve them in water to make a complete nutrient solution.

Can I use Rhodos in coco and soil?

Yes. Rhodos is formulated for hydroponics, aeroponics, coco and soil. Use the same doses and adjust the pH for your medium: for coco and hydro 5.5–5.8 in the vegetative stage and 5.8–6.2 in bloom, for soil 5.9–6.2 and 6.0–6.4.

In which order do I dissolve the products?

First Gen200 Control, then Rhodos Base, and only when Base is fully dissolved, Rhodos Grow or Rhodos Bloom.

What EC should my nutrient solution have?

Following the schedule, about 2.0 mS/cm for clones and 3.0 mS/cm in the vegetative and bloom stages, starting from water with an EC below 0.4 mS/cm.

Can I use Rhodos with a feeding computer?

Yes. For feeding computers there is a separate Rhodos stock solutions schedule. Contact us to receive it.

How do I store Rhodos?

In the original closed container, in a dry and cool place between 8 and 27 °C. Stored this way, Rhodos keeps for five years from the production date.

Where can I buy Rhodos?

Rhodos is sold through growshops and resellers. Want to try it first? Order a Rhodos sample pack. Shop owners can become a Rhodos reseller.
